~/Library/LaunchAgents/
folder for a plist file called,
com.google.keystone.agent.plist

This application is SpyWare.
And is installed by many gOOgle applications including but not limited to:
Chrome, Picasa, Earth, Desktop and Voice (more too i suspect).

1. The location of the SpyWare application is,
   ~/Library/Google/GoogleSoftwareUpdate
   
   
2. And is controled by,
   ~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.google.keystone.agent.plist
   
   
3. Can be managed by,
   sudo launchctl -w unload ~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.google.keystone.agent.plist

4. I have made a few FREE ANTI gOOgle tools.
   - You can download them from my FREE TOOLS area, in the folder called gOOgle.
   
   
5. This SpyWare runs at USER LOGIN and every hour !!!!!!
   
   
6. It can also be disabled via Lingon.

The current version of the gOOgle keystone agent have changed to a more secret way of "ET Phoning Home".

• Picasa 3 version 3.5.1 and earler use HTTP
• Picasa 3 version 3.6.1 and later use HTTPs,
  - Yes, they are now using encrypted SSL communications so we can NOT see what they are doing!!

Important Notes:

• If you are NOT using "Little Snitch", now would be a darn good time to start !
• You may want to EDIT the Picasa "watchedfolders" file too.
  nano ~/Library/Application\ Support/Google/Picasa3/Picasa3Albums/watchedfolders.txt
