Common SIP Proxy Servers:
  1. proxy01.sipphone.com = Gizmo5
  2. fwd.pulver.com = Free World Dialup (FWD)

Now, if you want to make a SIP to SIP "phone call", its gonna get messy real fast.

Dial from FWD to a peering partner

To dial to a peering partner you must first dial the access code listed below, and then the number itself.
For example, if you have a packet8 buddy whose number is 1-408-687-4120, you would dial **8981 14086874120

Dial from a peering partner to FWD

If you are on another network and you want to dial an FWD buddy, you must dial the prefix listed in the table below based on the partner you are calling from, and then the FWD number.
So, for example if you are on packet8 and want to call the welcome line on FWD, 55555, you would dial 035155555.
