  1. All speeds are in BITS not BYTES.
  2. A good rule of thumb, 10 BITs equal to one BYTE,
    and don't forget Kilo = 1,000 and Mega = 1,000,000
  3. The first number before the / is the DOWN-STREAM speed which is to *YOU*,
    the second is your UP-STREAM speed which is from *YOU* to *THEM*.
  4. Asymmetric (Data going up and down stream are NOT equal in both directions).
  5. Symmetric (Data going up and down stream are ARE equal in both directions).

The following shows the SLOWEST at the top and the FASTEST at the bottom.

  13. Reverse Phone Number Lookup (at phonenumbers.addresses.com).
  14. Foward Phone Number Lookup (at 800notes.com).
  15. Online Proxy Checker ... in Russia ...
  16. Query spamcop.net to see if they think YOU are a apammer !
